It’s amazing that in 2008, people still think like this…we still have so far to go.

I’m sure she would love to hear from us all…

Don’t worry about it too much. They’re really getting sore because they know they’re dying out.
It’s funny what she said about city councils. In Columbus, Ohio that’s really true. As a matter of fact, we are so over represented in this town it isn’t even fair.
But it’s still Ohio. Bob Fitrakis ran as a green party candidate for governor in 2006. He said it best: “Ohio is like New Jersey but without the reputation”.
I work at Ohio State. The boss is a Baptist, his right hand man is a Mormon. All the servers are named things like “mercy”, humility”, etc. The passwords are all bible verses. Yeah, at a state institution right.
The boss actually told me that taking separation of church and state was an attack on the church. They believe this S***. It makes you wonder if these guys would ever hire a Muslim.
These guys have been there for twenty+ years. I’ve just held the job for six months. There’s just nothing I can do about it except roll my eyes, sigh and find another battlefield to fight them on. They’ll retire soon. Maybe things change then, for now it’s not like one of four guys can lodge a complaint anonymously right?
